Located in Ribera del Duero, Bodegas Torremorón works with vineyards situated at around 800 metres above sea level, in strategic plots that take full advantage of the region’s unique microclimate and soil composition.
The vinification process is meticulous: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 16 months in a combination of French and American oak before bottling. This dedication to balancing fruit, oak ageing, and terroir expression lies at the heart of Torremorón’s winemaking philosophy.
