Winery
Viña Somoza works with selected Godello vineyards in Valdeorras (Galicia), harvesting by hand and using precise winemaking techniques aimed at preserving varietal purity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and ageing is carried out on lees, seeking a balance between fruit, volume and minerality. The result is white wines with identity, tension and great capacity to accompany food.

Perfect with seafood, white fish (baked, grilled or in sauce), sushi, seafood rice dishes, mild Asian cuisine and mild cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif due to its freshness and salty finish.
