Winery
François Lurton, descendant of one of the most influential families in French wine, founded his own winery in the 1980s with the mission of producing authentic wines that faithfully express their origin. In Gascony, his terroir of reference, the Atlantic breezes, calcareous soils and slow ripening of Sauvignon Blanc create the perfect environment for wines of great aromatic freshness and varietal purity.
Every detail is taken care of to the utmost: night harvesting, gentle pressing, controlled fermentation and ageing on lees to preserve the wine’s natural expressiveness and elegance. The result is a masterpiece of balance and finesse.
