Winery
Bodegas Martín Códax, founded in 1985 in Cambados (Galicia), is one of the most renowned producers of Spanish Atlantic wine. Although its name is linked to Albariño from Rías Baixas, the winery has expanded its expertise to other appellations, such as El Bierzo, where the Cuatro Pasos range was created.
In this region, they work with old Mencía vineyards cultivated on slate soils at different altitudes. Their philosophy is based on sustainable viticulture that respects the environment and focuses on expressing the authenticity of the El Bierzo terroir.
