Vallelado Sánchez is a small, family-run winery located in Vallelado, Segovia. With an annual production of approximately 45,000 bottles, it specialises in crafting white wines made from the Verdejo grape variety. The winery owns 7 hectares of vineyards, cultivated using environmentally friendly practices. Its production is aimed at the national market, standing out for its commitment to quality and the authentic expression of the terroir.
History
Founded in 2006 by Carlos Vallelado Catalina, Bodega Vallelado Sánchez is a family project born from the desire to produce high-quality wines in the Vallelado region. From the beginning, the winery has focused on sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the vineyard’s character to shine through in every bottle. Despite its recent foundation, it has earned a place in the market thanks to the distinctiveness and quality of its wines.
