Bodega Pastor Díaz, located in Aldeanueva de Ebro, La Rioja, is dedicated to producing high-quality wines under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) Rioja. With 120 hectares of its own vineyards situated between 450 and 700 metres above sea level, the winery cultivates varieties such as Tempranillo, Garnacha and Tempranillo Blanco. It is equipped with modern winemaking and ageing facilities, including 1,200 American oak barrels and 600 French oak barrels, with a total capacity of up to 1,000,000 litres.
History
The Pastor Díaz family has a winemaking tradition that dates back to the 19th century. In 1984, they founded the current winery in Aldeanueva de Ebro, outfitted with advanced technology to produce high-quality wines. Since then, the family has maintained a strong commitment to innovation and oenological excellence, establishing itself as a benchmark in the region.
